Family run, close to home.

Our mission

At Rider Event Rentals, we're a family-owned business committed to helping make every gathering beautiful, memorable, and stress free. Our mission is to provide quality event rentals with dependable, personal service, from backyard celebrations and family gatherings to weddings and formal events. We're proud to serve the Northshore community we call home and to treat every event as if it were our own.

We keep things simple. Our availability is live on this site, our delivery rates are published, and every request is read and answered by the family, not a call center.

Whether it is a backyard birthday, a shower, a church supper or a wedding, we drop everything off and come back for it afterwards, so you can spend the day with your guests.
