Rider Event Rentals is a small, family-run business in Covington, Louisiana. This notice explains, plainly, what we keep about you and why.
What we collect
When you send a booking request or a message, we keep what you give us: your name, email address and phone number, the delivery address, and the details of your event, such as the date, venue and the pieces you want.
Why we keep it
Only to answer you and to deliver and collect your rental: confirming dates, planning the route, and contacting you about your booking. We keep it afterwards so we have a record of the rental and can help if you book with us again.
Card payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and we never see or store it.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them for advertising. The site is hosted by a web hosting provider that stores it on our behalf.
Seeing or deleting your details
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email ridereventrentals@yahoo.com or call (985) 869-0580. We may need to keep a record of a completed rental where the law requires it, and will tell you if so.
This site
Your browser remembers your booking list and your light or dark choice on your own device, so they are still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.
